Over the years, dining out has become our way to celebrate. We so enjoy a wonderful night out with friends, a great glass of wine or singing happy birthday to our children at a restaurant. Why couldn't we make a career of celebrating?

In 1991, we traded in our "real" jobs and opened The Irish Exchange on West Tuscarawas Street in Canton. After ten years of "Burgers & Budweiser," Ninety One Wood Fired Oven was founded, and a second location soon followed. In 2008, we opened our little corner place, the 3 Brothers Corner Tavern.

We're an independent restaurant group of three locations, each with its own unique personality and tradition of good taste. We've built our restaurants with much passion: passion for great food, great drinks and an overall experience that exceeds your expectations in every way.

When we travel, we always ask people about their favorite restaurant. Inevitably, they respond with the name of their local place. A place where people know them by name and where they are comfortable and relaxed. We want Ninety One and 3 Brothers to be your local place.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by a dedicated staff and wonderful guests we enjoy everyday we're open. We never lose site of the many options you have when dining out and always are honored when you choose either of our restaurants.

We think you'll love our restaurants as much as we do.

Cheers!
